Consent:
By enrolling on Easy Tennis Academy as a trainee and/or their parents/legal guardians you grant Easy Tennis Academy the right to:
- Photograph and Record: Capture images and videos during training sessions, tournaments, and academy events.
- Publish and Share: Use these images and videos on the academy’s official platforms, including but not limited to the website, social media accounts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Highlight Achievements: Feature trainees who win trophies or achieve significant milestones during their time with Easy Tennis Academy.
Usage Limitations:
- Photos and videos will be used responsibly and in a manner that reflects positively on the trainees and the academy.
- No personal contact information of trainees will be shared alongside the images or videos.
- Media will not be sold to third parties or used for purposes unrelated to Easy Tennis Academy activities.
Withdrawal of Consent:
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to the academy’s administration. Upon receipt, Easy Tennis Academy will cease using the trainee’s images and videos in future materials. However, previously published materials may remain in circulation.
Data Protection:
Easy Tennis Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of its trainees. All media files will be stored securely and used in accordance with data protection regulations.
